Left a 880whp '13 Viper with very strict instructions for NO Test Drive. These cars get joyridden often and we are no stranger to that fact. Montae recorded this request on the work order and it was ignored. The car was in for a Throttle Body Relearn. When I picked the car up, Montae told me that the car was only pulled in and out of the shop, but there were 9 mi added. Montae had me speak to Darrell(?) who initially told me that 10 mi was reasonable for a test drive, but he doesn't see where anyone took it for a test drive and did not know how that would have happened. He then called me and told me that the vehicle mileage out was recorded at only 1 mi, which is completely false and an utter lie. Either he is being dishonest with me or his Technician who recorded mileage out lied to him. Adding onto the lie, I was supposed to get an email stating that they did indeed test drive the car when I specifically said not to, and guess who never got an email. Absolutely unprofessional and dishonest. Will not be doing business with in the future and any professionals in our motorsports network will be advised to steer clear. Sometimes independent shops need access to Dealer-level software to complete repairs, and this sort of behavior is what scares us. More

My car has some performance modifications and threw a check engine light. I brought it to the dealer to diagnose. Rather than be up front and tell me they can't work on it due to the mods they advise check engine light. I brought it to the dealer to diagnose. Rather than be up front and tell me they can't work on it due to the mods they advised to put it back to stock so they could diagnose the problem, which would cost $15k. On their recommendation I initially ordered a new ecu for $1200 and when I chose to not continue with the work due to the cost they charged me for it even though it wasn't installed. I kept the part of course and will hopefully be able to sell it. The speed shop I had do the mods fixed my car for $130. I will never return to this dealership ever. More
I set up an appointment and it was a complete waste of my time. This appointment was set up in advance so why weren't the proper procedures in place to make sure they had my part for a simple oil change. The time. The gentleman checked me in, called the people to see if they had my part, told me everything was fine and to go have a seat. Not even 5 minutes after I sat down he tells me that yall don't have my filter for my car and the runners are gone for the day. Something else could have been done to accommodate my time I left work early for this appointment. He then stares at me blankly with no solutions, like "oh well guess you have to go on about your day we can't help you" I then ask well what now I need an oil change he says oh just come back before 3pm and get your car serviced. Well I can't do that because I work the hours that the service department is open. Not at all accommodating. I feel as if my time was wasted and when I asked to set up an appointment he says no need. Well I do not want to just come back another day and waste my time again! I have to work and I missed out on pay to come there during that time. More
