I scheduled an appointment for Tuesday at 11:30. I was told it would take 24-48 hours to diagnose my vehicle. The verbiage should have been it would take 24-48 hours or longer to even look at your vehicle told it would take 24-48 hours to diagnose my vehicle. The verbiage should have been it would take 24-48 hours or longer to even look at your vehicle. My serviced provider never contacted me. I kept calling her for updates and when she went home my calls kept getting routed to her voicemail. Everyone that i spoke to at the dealership told me something different. After 24-hours Aleshia told me there were 5 cars ahead of me. I talk to Lamont and he told me to keep checking back for loaner vehicles because they return back at different times. He was nice he told me keep calling to check; there's no such thing as calling to much. I called the next morning and another guy said they only have 5 fleet vehicles in rotation and there would not be another for days. I asked him if they started on my jeep and he told me there were now 8 cars ahead of me, and that they have 50 cars waiting to be looked at. Not sure where the 3 magically appeared in front of me. I decided to go pick up my jeep because as a woman i felt like i was getting told anything at that point. I understand the shortage of workers but when i bring my vehicle in don't promise 24-48 hours and after 48 hours still no one has even diagnosed what's wrong with my vehicle. I got to the dealership asked for the service manager, of course "he's out until Monday". Matt told me there was now 1 car ahead of me. I was going to wait for the 1 car ahead of me but at that point i didn't feel comfortable leaving my car because I got the run around so much already. Communication goes a long way guys. More
