This dealership forces you to purchase a Kahu security system for $2,000 without telling you that it will require you to purchase a subscription monitoring service to use the system. They won't sell the vehicle (new or used) without it. The service department held my Jeep for a week to complete pre-delivery requirements and still didn't get everything done. They came back 3 days after delivery (10 days after purchase) and took our Jeep for 2 1/2 days to install the windshield that they should have ordered the Monday after the sale, but didn't order until two days before it was to be delivered. The managers, all the way up to the General Sales Manager are true to the company line that all problems are the fault of the customer. I am concerned that many other people are experiencing the same treatment at any and all dealerships owned by the Rick Hendrick organization. More

Bought multiple cars from the dealership and always 10/10. Donny and Todd were the best and went above and beyond for helping us 15/10! However this last time is a 0/10 for sales and finance. Make a deal but the traded in car does not get paid off for more than 30 days. Check in multiple times to be ignored or told the deal is funded but they cant be bothered to care about my credit now being impacted because it was a late payment by the dealership over 20 days. Angel even asked me to pay upfront an extra $300 to ensure the payoff was accurate but even then the dealership does not take responsibility and ruins my credit now. More
