Hello Taylor; My process is done, thanks God; however I am really looking to cancel my maintenance policy I acquired during the purchase process, I'm just afraid that if I continue my comercial relationship with you guys, this will be an endless pain... the lack of customer service comes from the most lower level up to Steve's level... I tried to reach out to Todd, but he never answer my emails. To be honest there is nothing you can fix now, the damage is already done... how can you repay the endless calls, visits, etc., not having someone with authority to really step in and explain what was really happen. If you think you can really do something for your company don't ask me to call you, do some effort and call me, I'll be happy to provide my sincere feedback. 816-689-8864. God bless you guys.
