As always i received great service. The servicer was very knowledgeable in all the questions i had. Felt like a Queen for the day. I was shuttled to my office 5 min away.. I called 3 dealerships repair place to find out what I needed to do for my 60,000 mile check up. The overall experience was good and sales person was pleasant. The finance department took seemed to take awhile to get paperwork ready and I was charged a 799.00 doc fee that I disagree with. pleasant. The wait it always too long. So they are very busy which I guess is a good thing but when you have a 7:30 am appointment and you are still there at 9:00, it gets weary. I like taking my Jeep to the dealersh I guess is a good thing but when you have a 7:30 am appointment and you are still there at 9:00, it gets weary. They are horrible when it comes to communication with the customer. It was hard to reach my service advisor and Most of time time didn’t return my phone calls when I left messages for an update. When you book an appointment they don’t tell you that it is a 24 hours delay. I recommend taking your vehicle to any other dealership, believe me when I say it will be less stressful and it will save you a headache. 0 out of 5 stars. More
