Went to get a new tire since I got a flat. I asked if they would put the same exact brand and exact same tire and I was told yes. Left my car there since, they would have to order my tire. Picked up my c they would put the same exact brand and exact same tire and I was told yes. Left my car there since, they would have to order my tire. Picked up my car and got home and realized that the tire was slightly different. They put in a Ridge Grappler instead of the Terra Grappler. They also forgot to put my spare back in place and just left it on the back of my bed. Went back the very next day to tell them that they did not put the spare back and and to see why they didn’t put the exact same tire back. He told me that they discontinued my tire that was on my truck.(I was not told that the day I left my truck) And have me a tone and asked me “ so what do you want to do?” They took my car and put the spare back and I left. I stopped by a tire shop on my way home to ask to see if they had my Terra Grappler and they told me they had over 50 of those tire and I also called another tire shop and they also had it. I was not very happy because now I have a different tire from the rest and paid $323. More

This place is a JOKE! Sat at the dealership for 5 HOURS! They said that we were approved and took our $500 down payment and then tried to bump the price up by $10,000 and thought we would not catch it. Then they kept calling us trying to get us a deal. We finally agreed on a price and they were going to delivery it to us 3 hours away. Then they started calling again, 30 minutes before it was suppose to be delivered 3 hours away, asking more questions about our credit. They did not so as they said they would and they won't give us our down payment back. I called and asked for the GM and they would not let me speak to him. I left a bad review on Facebook and they called me within minutes of it posting. It was the customer service manager and he said that he would fix the problem and have someone call us back. We haven't heard a word from them and they still have our money. I would give them zero stars if I could. They also reported my husbnad's date of birth wrong so now his credit file states that he is a minor and he can't get any credit until it's fixed. They won't fix that either. They thought that would stop us from purchasing another vehicle but they were WRONG. Just got my dream car. More
