Matt said my car would be done by 5 . So I came to get it and they weren’t done. I sat in the lobby until they were closed for them to tell me it wouldn’t be done until tomorrow. I would not recommend the service department. Their website doesn't allow scheduling an appointment for an oil change online and implies that the quick lane service allows for a quick oil change but my website doesn't allow scheduling an appointment for an oil change online and implies that the quick lane service allows for a quick oil change but my experience was anything but quick. The service advisor did apologize for the delay but 4 hours for an oil change and an alignment (that was recommended based solely on mileage) is excessive. What's worse is that they could not get the alignment on my 2020 Jeep Wrangler 100% correct which has now caused my traction control to turn off and I have attempted calling the dealership several times and have not received a call back despite several messages and it's been over two weeks now. More
