I was not even able to drop the vehicle off to get the electrical issues fixed! I made sure to request a loaner vehicle when I scheduled the appointment (which I had to wait a month for) and when I arrive electrical issues fixed! I was offered a vehicle from hertz in which I would have to pay $35 a day for, but being that my jeep is still practically brand new I did not think that was a very far offer! I had to leave work early to drive almost an hour to the location all for nothing. Very upsetting especially when I specifically said I would have to get a loaner at the very beginning of the appointment scheduling process and I was assured that would be no issue! More

Went through express oil change. Was told it would be a 2 hr and 15 min wait which was fine I had prolonged it enough so decided to wait. Was told I needed “a flush” because I’d reached 30,000+ miles. Asked hr and 15 min wait which was fine I had prolonged it enough so decided to wait. Masks muffled a lot of that conversation but I knew my car needed to be serviced so it was fine. 4 hrs pass and my car is finally ready .. so I am beyond frustrated at that point. I go up to pay and it was $488.53. I would have never agreed to do this knowing it was that much. She did not say four hundred and eighty Eight dollars she said fourty eight fifty three. im sure the mask didn’t help the conversation we had and take full responsibility because I should have asked more questions but I feel completely ripped off. This was the worst experience I’ve ever had and will not be coming back. More
