Terrible experience and worst customer service. I bought a brand new jeep. No one educated me on how to use it, pull doors off or take the top down. I wouldn’t know how to use 4 wheel drive or any know abou a brand new jeep. No one educated me on how to use it, pull doors off or take the top down. They didn’t fill up the tank with gas, didn’t check in and didn’t schedule an appointment like they said they would to bring the car back to get added stuff out on. As soon as they got my money, they didn’t care about me after leaving. Manager is extremely rude and not helpful. I left the dealership with no paperwork, no spare key and no gas. I wouldn’t recommend this place and honestly with what I know know wish I could take the car back! More

Very disappointed with the personnel at this location. Was working a deal on a truck and was very specific about what I wanted (a diesel). What they offered for my trade was ridiculous. I was also specific on pymt amt(800 firm). They kept telling me the payment would be 800 but they could never show me this. Then I find out later they sold the truck so they would get a better one for the same money. They wanted me to pay a deposit of 1000 and they would get the truck and if I declined the truck then they would keep my $$$. They kept saying it is the same but better. I almost fell for it. To find out the “better” truck was a gasoline engine. I had NEVER mentioned a gas truck. They tried to trick me and take my money. BUYER BEWARE and read the payment and DO NOT TRUST THEIR WORD! More
