This was the worst maintenance experience I've ever had in my life. The level of customer service was extremely poor. I brought my Jeep in to have a stud replace. This was one hour of scheduled service. I in my life. The level of customer service was extremely poor. I brought my Jeep in to have a stud replace. This was one hour of scheduled service. I was not notified that my vehicle was not ready for pickup until approximately 5:50 that evening. So, I wasn't able to pick it up until the following morning. When I came to pick the vehicle up,I noticed that upon installing my wheel, the mechanic stripped a different stud than the one that he originally replaced. Donald denied responsibility for this and charged me for another hour of labor to repair the stud that his mechanic stripped. To top it all off, when I was finally able to leave with my vehicle. I had to drive back to the dealership because the mechanic kept my socket to fit my lug nuts. Donald did not even seem to care that I had been so inconvenienced during my maintenance visit... I doubt I'll be back.. More
