Very disappointed in the service that was provided. Had called it in Friday to order the part and to schedule an appointment for Monday morning. Dropped my car on Sunday night, left my number and all the i called it in Friday to order the part and to schedule an appointment for Monday morning. Dropped my car on Sunday night, left my number and all the information. Also sent an email to my representative. Waited for a call and nobody called to tell me anything. So decided to call around 12:30 to see what’s going on and to know when approximately the car will be ready since I have a small child and needed to give my dad a ride to get the car. Called at 12:30 to find out that the part is back ordered and they don’t know when it will be arriving. Ok I understand that warehouse is out but why can’t they call me to tell me that?!?!? Why I need to call to check on the car, y’all are the once who made an appointment and told me the part will be coming. Very rude. Y’all could of called me in to tell me that, the. I wouldn’t have to wait half of the day for my car, what if I wouldn’t have called it? Then what?! Very bad customer service. So then I tell the guy that it’s very disappointing that nobody called to tell me that I waisted half of the day and now when my baby needs to go to take a nap I have to drive out of my way to pick up my dad to get him to go get the car. Not even an apology or sense of responsibility in their behalf. Then I came to find out they offer complimentary rides to and from the dealership within a 5 miles. So when I complaining that I have a 11 month old baby that is fuzzy, why not offer the service or see if my dad is within 5miles to save me a trip when it’s y’all fault. I’m very disappointed with the service and with the people who work there. There was no service and no communication and no help. I feel like it could of been handled better. If the representative would call me in the am to tell me that I’m sorry the part is unavailable I wouldn’t be mad at all, I understand. But not to call and not try to help at all it’s very unacceptable. More

A BIG WASTE OF TIME! Was told the turn around time was 48 hours but that’s a lie!! Aleshia NEVER once called me while the car was just sitting there untouched for a WHOLE WEEK! I came out of pocket for the t hours but that’s a lie!! Aleshia NEVER once called me while the car was just sitting there untouched for a WHOLE WEEK!
