I have gone to this dealership multiple times and this was the odd worst experience I had. I came in for a routine services and it ended up taking all day. It also required me to call to find out what was was the odd worst experience I had. I came in for a routine services and it ended up taking all day. It also required me to call to find out what was going on as I dropped off my car at 8 am and called after 5 pm on the same day. Also, it was only at that time that I was told I had standard maintenance to perform which meant my car would not be ready until the following day. I called back the next day and was told it would be only a couple of hours. After calling several hours after that with no update I was told it would be later in the afternoon. Overall, poor communications and updates. More
