Since Purchasing this LEMON 4/2019 this Jeep has been serviced 6 times towed 4 times 2 batteries 1 recall 1 leak my most recent Here we go AGAIN ... Since Purchasing this LEMON 4/2019 this Jeep has been serviced 6 times towed 4 times 2 batteries 1 recall 1 leak my most recent visit 12/30/2020 was due to low oil the engine locked while I was DRIVING merging into traffic !!! No warning No codes on the dash NOTHING I was told by a rep at JEEP Rebecca that they are aware of this And I should check my oil daily to avoid this!! When I arrived on 12/31/2020 to discuss my concerns I spoke with Derell the (service manager) who was extremely argumentative and when I told him about my battery issues from my previous visit he informed me in his career he has seen a car go through 10 batteries so basically it wasn’t a big deal! He was very argumentative and NOT helpful I had to get a rental since the dealership was out of loaners that cost $200 out my pocket I paid $78 for the oil $155 for Diagnostic $98 for Tow Total $569 for 5 quartz of OIL is what I paid for!!! The Jeep gave no indication I needed oil or was low enough for the engine to lock because the vehicle has had SO many previous issues Oil was the last thing I thought of I would I have walked to the gas station and put oil in myself like Rebecca from Jeep suggested instead I was left stranded again walking home at night all for oil that I paid $569 dollars for !!!!! This dealership has seen all the times I’ve been there and all the issues with this Jeep I’ve had and gave that NO consideration! Not even half of the rental or waving the diagnostic fee or even the a free oil change NOTHING !!! Hopefully this review will be read by someone that can and will actually try to help me or make this right This same Jeep has been there 2/14/19 4/2019 6/2019 12/2019 5/2020 6/2020 8/2020 12/2020 Does ANYONE NOT see a problem here it’s a LEMON and this company/ dealership is doing nothing about except taking my money!!!!!! Feel free to contact me to only if it’s for a resolution that makes sense ask yourself is this how you would want to be treated is this how you would want a family member treated ? More

My advisor Erick Chavez was excellent great service in multiple updates.
