I called at noon Friday, car brought in at 2 pm, was told over the phone that I had an appt for 0730 Saturday. When I got there, the service people couldn’t find my name on the schedule at all; then they fou over the phone that I had an appt for 0730 Saturday. When I got there, the service people couldn’t find my name on the schedule at all; then they found it entered at 5 pm Friday. Then they said that all of the service personnel leave at 5pm! They never did any initial diagnostics on my car until Monday 10 am, then had to order a part from out of state which didn’t come until the next day. My car was not done until after 12 on Wednesday and I then had a 500 mile drive to start. The cost was >$3000. I was not called at all on Saturday and had to place a call to them at 3 pm and was told that my call was next in line. They should not be wasting technicians’ time with oil changes, etc. , until the other vehicles have been evaluated and parts ordered right away. I would not recommend this dealership/service area at all; my usual dealership near my home is much more informative, they evaluate your car right away at your appointment time, they offer a loaner vehicle if needed.
