Worst car buying experience I’ve ever had. Strung along for days on an incoming unit. Unprofessional, communication was a disaster . Never again. Treated like just another car deal. Given ever excuse in the book from a flat tire on at the shipyard to the transport company being the blame for lying. I’ve never seen such an unorganized, unprofessional dealership. More
Pretty irritated with my experience. The service crew was short staffed, which I understood that - no problem there. However, I had an appt and waited 15 minutes before someone even checked me in. There was a customer that came in with no appt that was checked in BEFORE me by I believe his name was Matt, and when the host told the technician that I was first, he continued to check that person in and asked me to wait! That was completely unacceptable, so I continued to wait until the technician Eric was able to help. My oil change was completed around 1ish, I picked up my car and left. I can’t give it 5 stars because of the initial issue that happened with me being skipped over, but other than that everything else was fine. As far as work, whoever the technician was working on my car, they didn’t use the mat over the side of my car and there was oil and dirt along side of it. Had to run my car through a car wash to get it off. More

As I've said several times, not again after this, based on positive attitude, hustle, getting the auto in and out, getting a rental, Hendrick gets 5 stars. Based on extensive, non warranted work,(not their fault), the jury is still out. When footing a bill this large, it makes you look at things differently.. This is not the place to come to, likely any Jeep dealer, for extensive, non warranted work, unless you make $500,000 a year, and ignore the highest prices any of us have ever heard of. By then, too late. Cost as much as buying a good, used 2017 Jeep, or more. Couple other dissatisfactions concerning what I said in beginning, what was done I've reported to Hendrick directly Mopar--who else do you gripe to?--> Overall I'd give them a 6, then, maybe change that to a higher figure after a few months, and no return trips to Hendrick for additional repair of work performed.
