oil chg, rotate tires, ck. battery, 7 hrs. I was there, couldn't get battery out, then finding part, on pg 3 of svc order it talks of loose cable, they installed new battery, wasn't loose when I got there. couldn't get battery out, then finding part, on pg 3 of svc order it talks of loose cable, they installed new battery, wasn't loose when I got there., 2 days later I put car, battery light on, no fuse flashing on dash, radio not working, automatic door locks not working. place was a nightmare., feel free to call me More

Needs to improve customer service. Lack of follow up, car wasn’t ready when promised and a loaner was never offered and when I asked for it and was told I would get one he never called me. There was either a miscommunication or misinformation regarding financing. They keep telling us interest free for 72 months if you qualify and we qualified ( had an excellent credit) but what happen was regarding financing. After we purchase the car, they were almost forcing us to sign up for Kahu security (tracking) system which we insisted we don't want it. There was also lack of knowledge on the salesman part on how to customize a heated seat. We were told, it would be wired but later we were told, NO the whole chair has to be replaced.
