Had terrible experience while buying brand new dodge charger. Three times we have been played by the sales team and their manager where we negotiated the price and they asked us to come in to get paperw charger. Three times we have been played by the sales team and their manager where we negotiated the price and they asked us to come in to get paperwork done and go but they surprise us saying the car got sold!!! and its not like we went the next day just 30 mins after the sales rep called. This is absolutely unacceptable!! happened same the very next time and again the third time we liked one car which was not at the Atlanta dealership but it was in another state, they promised they would get it and got all the paperwork done took deposit and next day they call us saying oh the car is sold !!! we will find you another one and they started showing us cars which are less priced than the one i signed all the paperwork for !!! absolute BS! i sticked on and said i need my car which is signed paperwork for !! and they freaking drove it all the way from NC but they promised us to ship the car before signing the papers!! such a unethical business place, i will not recommend anyone going there! More

NEVER trust these people. I bought a 2017 Pacifica in 2018 with 11,000 miles or so on it. Only to have major problems with it accelerating all by itself. I took it to them and the service department want 2018 with 11,000 miles or so on it. Only to have major problems with it accelerating all by itself. I took it to them and the service department wanted to know more details about “THE-ACCIDENT?!?!?!”. I never had an accident. They had the car for 3 weeks while I paid for a rental. It was fixed temporarily. The same problem came back and I told the sales manager I lost faith in the car, it was wrecked when I bought it. I mean, my wife and 3 kids are literally in a car that tries to take off by itself. Just put me in something similar around the same price and I’d be a happy customer and return business. The Manager Donnie, accused me a wrecking it and they did nothing to fix the car. I traded it in over at Nash. The xxxx thing only had 31,000 miles and it wouldn’t pass emissions and still had the same problem. Go to Nash for your next car. Or if you do buy anything from them... make xxxx sure you get a car fax. I really wish I had. More
