the most unorganized, the least communication. i’ve never had such a bad experience with a car sale or service. when i would call to check on my vehicle, no one knew where it was or what was going on. two si had such a bad experience with a car sale or service. when i would call to check on my vehicle, no one knew where it was or what was going on. two simple services took 2 weeks to be done. i was told it was ready to be picked up even though one of the services had not been performed. i had remote start put it and i had to inquire about how to use it, instead of being shown. i’m thankful that i can go to any hendrick dealer because i will never be going back to Chrysler Dodge Jeep RAM Duluth. Thank you for inquiring. So the oil filter or a connection WAS NOT PROPERLY installed. Which caused an OIL LEAK and the reason my husband noticed it there was FRESH oil as I was leaving to work th connection WAS NOT PROPERLY installed. Which caused an OIL LEAK and the reason my husband noticed it there was FRESH oil as I was leaving to work the next morning. As well the COVER that was taken off wasn’t REPLACE, which is why we noticed it in the first place. I absolutely HATE TAKING my vehicle in for service (EVEN WHEN ITS FREE) because there is ALWAYS something. The last time the tire pressure was LOW, I called back and was told that it may be something with me needing to have my tires balanced. Servicing seems to be very CONSISTENTLY INCONSISTENT.
