Thank you for inquiring. So the oil filter or a connection WAS NOT PROPERLY installed. Which caused an OIL LEAK and the reason my husband noticed it there was FRESH oil as I was leaving to work th connection WAS NOT PROPERLY installed. Which caused an OIL LEAK and the reason my husband noticed it there was FRESH oil as I was leaving to work the next morning. As well the COVER that was taken off wasn’t REPLACE, which is why we noticed it in the first place. I absolutely HATE TAKING my vehicle in for service (EVEN WHEN ITS FREE) because there is ALWAYS something. The last time the tire pressure was LOW, I called back and was told that it may be something with me needing to have my tires balanced. Servicing seems to be very CONSISTENTLY INCONSISTENT.
