Kneico is a great salesman and was very helpful in getting me the Jeep I wanted. However, my experience at Rick Hendrick was less than stellar. I was called back to the dealership 4 times after my ori getting me the Jeep I wanted. However, my experience at Rick Hendrick was less than stellar. I was called back to the dealership 4 times after my original purchase to redo financial paperwork. On one of these visits, I witnessed a very unprofessional sales manager yelling & cussing at the salesmen. It made me very uncomfortable and I was embarrassed for the employee. It was also a huge hassle and waste of my personal time to have to drive from Grayson to Duluth 4 additional times to complete paperwork that should've been done correctly the first time. I also feel lied to. The last financial person I spoke to told me that "wear & tear" would be covered by my finance company. I have since learned that is not the case. While I would recommend Kneico, I would not recommend Rick Hendrick. They have soured what should've been a great Jeep buying experience. I am a teacher and this year has been absolutely horrible. I thought I would treat myself to my dream Jeep, but all I got was swindled. More

Bought a new car from this dealer; found a tailgate factory defect - took it into the service. They sent me to a partner dealership near by who does the body work - the technician looked at the car and factory defect - took it into the service. And the service center where I bought the car needs to provide the paperwork to do so (Rick Hendrick RAM). They suggested I call them to make sure they send the paperwork so they can start working on this. I called multiple times (4 times; left voice note 3 times in 2 weeks) when the new car needed paperwork to file warranty on the tailgate. I described what happened and what I needed to whomever picked up the phone (was different every time) EVERY TIME I CALLED. They transferred me to the manager/service reps -> never answered - straight to voicemail. I live pretty far from the service shop so I didn't want to drive all the way just to ask them to send a paperwork to their partner shop. I had to go through all this - this is a just a week after I bought a NEW CAR from them - three weeks of calling/leaving voicemail and waiting so they can handover the paperwork to the other service center. In the meantime unfortunately an accident happened to this car on the tailgate at my fault. I just took the car to this service center furious and wondering why in the world no on called me back. I found out that no one in the service knew anything about my inquiry. All they said was the warranty cannot be processed because I caused a damage on the tailgate. She suggested I just fix it with my own expense (which makes sense) and fix whatever the defect was through them. I was shocked I could not get any compensation for the factory defect on a new car. I'm not saying they are responsible for the damage I cause - absolutely not. I reached out to them 3 weeks before the accident for a warranty claim. They just did not help with this matter promptly. No one is supposed to go through this when you purchase a $45k+ car. One should just be enjoying the new vehicle. I did not try to ask them to fix the damage I caused. I am just complaining about how they initially handled the factory warranty by for some reason delaying it for WEEKS. I will NEVER buy any vehicle from this dealership or would suggest this place to anyone. More
The worse experience I’ve ever received I will never come back here again. The managers don’t care about the customers at all. They charge me for my part I paid my part. My light ever went off. I simply went in to ask why light was off, both service managers were very racist and made me feel very uncomfortable. They never once welcomed me or my family to the dealership. The manager were very unprofessional. I will tell the entire world to never go there. I’ve been a customer with you all for over 15 years and I’ve never once been this uncomfortable. Bad business.
