The staff I interacted with were professional. However, the service provided was lacking. Fluids were not stopped off after inquiring about it and assured they would be before the start of service. (Took vehicle back but driving in the parking lot of the dealership was not the best place to demonstrate something that happens at different speeds.) Needless to say, the vehicle has not been the same. It appears after every service by Dodge something new is wrong or something wasn't done correctly. More
