This comment section is probably not large enough to explain how embarrassing this dealership is! But: •Bought a new car on july 14th, upon arrival they had 2 full days to have all of the paperwork com explain how embarrassing this dealership is! But: •Bought a new car on july 14th, upon arrival they had 2 full days to have all of the paperwork completed so all I had to do was sign. Paperwork was never started! •Sales rep and finance manager were clueless and were clearly there only for a paycheck...didnt care about the customer, very incompetent when it came to the walk around and overview of the vehicle I purchased. I completed 90% percent of their work for both of them! •Within a week of returning home with my new car, they call/email to advise that ALL of the paperwork will have to be completed again. This occurred because 85% of the documents were incomplete and filled out incorrectly on the dealership end! •Returned the second round of paperwork immediately! •A month or so later, still no title. Come to find out the dealer still had not processed the paperwork to the titling clerk! By this point their had now been 3 different managers involved in the deal. Clearly no communication between any of them at the dealership. •When I asked about the title they said they were waiting on my updated DL. However, from day one the deal was never supposed to be under my DL. •Once my updated DL was forwarded to them, their was another couple week delay. Again, I inquired about the title. The dealership response, "oh, we need a copy of the proof of insurance for the new vehicle". The same proof of insurance I emailed them before I even drove the new car off of their lot! •After opening a BBB complaint, finalllllyyyy they started to act like they knew what they were doing! Shortly after the complaint was closed out, things started happening in a timely matter.....coincidence!!! Hmmmm •I won't even waste my time on how awful they were with handling my trade in vehicle. That matter just got settled, over 110+ days after driving my new car off the lot! •The dealership finally started making the much appreciated kind gesture of finishing the registration, plate and tab!!! Received those items on day 100, from driving the new car off the lot! •Day 108 received the title to my new car!!!!! This matter CANT be blamed on COVID, when they didnt even start the paperwork processing until over 2 months after driving off of the lot! If I was Mr. Hendrick and was aware of the level of incompetence at this dealership, I would be completely embarrassed! Not a chance in the world I would ever recommend anyone to this dealership, that is of course unless you are somehow interested in educating yourself on how to be clueless and unprofessional! Cant even rate any staff member involved in this transaction (too many to remember anyway) with 1 star! Overall dealership rating 0 stars! More
