Overall a bad experience, typical car dealership issues. They found a vehicle at another dealership that fit what we wanted, lost it, did not let us know till the end of the day on a Friday when we were goi They found a vehicle at another dealership that fit what we wanted, lost it, did not let us know till the end of the day on a Friday when we were going out of town. Had already locked us in and taken our trade in. Found another to replace, did not get till Monday. Told them I needed a hitch, they would take care of it, but did not wire the vehicle for lights and told me they would get back to me. A hitch is worthless without brake light hookup and they know this. I never heard back from them. Terrible customer care and communication. Will never do business again with a Hendrick dealership, they did not make things right! More
