I love Rick Hendricks that is the only place I would take my vehicles, This is the first time for dodge and may be my last. Brought my truck in for some recall repairs, and for them to kind of go over it sin my vehicles, This is the first time for dodge and may be my last. I was told over the phone if they have to keep it I could either get a lower or a rental. Neither happen. But since I was told it would be 24 hours, ok! Well it took 48 hours and I had to call to find out it was ready or not, well I find out it was ready the day before. When I get there to pick it up, there was 4 service people in the area. Two was having coffee and conversation, the other 2 was just there. But none of them acknowledge me and I was standing there a good 5-7 minutes, until another young lady came in and offered to help me. I have never had this at the Rick Hendricks Chevrolet. I really don't think I will be bringing my truck back here to be service. More
