Extremely slow with everything. Finance Mgrs are a joke. The deal one manager worked up for me was completely different than when I came back to buy. He and his beard got me through the process. He tried very hard to keep me calm! I received no paperwork. I had to come back for my tag. I have no idea how about the $999 additional charge (app) and how to use it. I only received 1 key! I love my Jeep but I hate this place! More

Dealing with Rick Hendrick has been very frustrating. They were supposed to add on a couple of things to a vehicle I purchased, but left them out on the paperwork. Now I've been trying for nearly 2 weeks to get the work scheduled but they can't get their info straight and I am really annoyed. My sales person has stopped responding to me at all, even though he told me to contact him if I needed anything. Not impressed and may not come back. More

Matt knows the specifications of the grand Cherokee that I was interested in, but he lacked interpersonal skills/ was not engaging and presented himself as cocky. My wife who also purchased from your dealership in June asked asked about the service department so fluid could be placed in her car. His response was not accommodating and did not show good customer service skills, he replied and said “I think they are open you can go check”. Instead of saying “let me check into that for you.” I informed Matt I would think about it. I saw McDaniel before leaving (we worked with him before because of my wife’s sale) I told him that I would rather work with another salesman and he introduced me to Brady. Brady and McDaniel went above and beyond with my sale, and if it was not for them I would not have purchased a vehicle from Rick Hendrick Chrysler Dodge Jeep RAM Duluth. More
Not good, your staff needs to work on communicating well within each other and best of all customers like myself. I believe her name is Lorrie , calls me Saturday morning to inform me that the car I sign fi within each other and best of all customers like myself. I believe her name is Lorrie , calls me Saturday morning to inform me that the car I sign finance paperwork for was sold, I guess when I was signing all the finance documents (?). She then tells me that She had 2 cars for me to see at the same price. I get their with my family to find out that their was only 1 car for me to see and most definitely not at the same price (found this out later when signing all new finance documents). When walking the car it was not leather seats, no stepping boards and most definitely not the same mileage. I informed this to Lorie (again not quite sure if the name is correct) and she says; you want leather seats & stepping boards we’ll get them installed ( she did not mention that the price was going to go up) I felt ok at this point, we go back inside your place to choose the color (blue) leather seats and waited to sign documents again. When signing new finance documents is when I find out that it is not at the same price ..... I sign documents anyway, wanted your mess done ASAP... when done signing documents I left leaving my husband and son waiting for the car ... a car of which took more than 2 hours to be turned in to them, do to again lack of communication (if we would have told that the process of oil change, cleaning the car in and out was going to take that long time, we could have gone to get something to eat and come back, but no). My husband asked me to come back and canceled/void all documents and return the car. I have purchased cars before from dealers like Nissan, Toyota... bought 2 from CarMax (here is we’re I could have expected this kind of service I received at your dealer) and never experienced this type of service. I was told that the new leather seats & stepping boards was going to take about a week to get to your place.... I have not received a phone call to get this installed. Hopefully I will receive a call to get this service this week coming up not next month. More
Great experience. Brett took great care of me while I was there. He made sure that my vehicle was taken care of also.
