It took about a 18 months for me to make the purchase due to some personal things I had to resolve first. Brady was very patient and followed up (as I requested) throughout the process. The vehicle I was int to some personal things I had to resolve first. Brady was very patient and followed up (as I requested) throughout the process. The vehicle I was interested in at that time was 2019 RAM and even though I told him that I could not purchase it then, he took the time to show me trucks, answer questions, make comparisons, and answer/return calls. Now in 2020 I gave him a call to let him know I finished up things and its finally time to look for my truck. He paid close attention to the new details that I gave him to look out for. He gave me a call a couple days later to let me know that the truck I was looking for just arrived on the lot. I went to the dealership and it was there! Exactly as I described!!!!!!! Everyone that I saw seemed to be happy and had positive attitudes. The whole process was very good. I purchased my new 2020 Ram. I will be back for my next purchase. Brady and Veronica, Thank you! Terrible experience. I went to Rick Hendrick and explained I did not have a hitch on my vehicle but was interested in putting one on. Since there was a recall for an aftermarket hitch on my vehicle explained I did not have a hitch on my vehicle but was interested in putting one on. Since there was a recall for an aftermarket hitch on my vehicle I figured I’d just ask if they can go ahead and put one on rather me installing one and then having them take it off just to fix it for the recall. The lady did some research and spoke to someone and they both said yes make an appointment. I again said I didn’t have a hitch on already and she said yes that is fine we will take of it. So I made the appointment. My girlfriend took the day off so we can drop the Jeep off. After waiting around most of the day we picked up our car and they said they didn’t fulfill the recall bc there wasn’t a hitch on already -_-. I understand that but kind of sucks that me as a customer already explained that and was told I would get one. Absolutely ridiculous. On top of that the employees just seemed like they had no understanding or care that it was such an inconvenience. Seemed like employees weren’t mindful of the current covid situation either. No one was wearing a mask and there didn’t seem to be a cleaning regiment either. I watch the lady who go my car, go front typing, to drinking her milkshake, to touching her deck, to grabbing my keys, and then my car. Covid or not I feel like some sanitary measure should be applied when getting someone’s car. More
