They did not check my car tire pressure and did the tire rotation and wheel alignment. After seeing and alert on my jeep dashboard, i returned to them asking to Check my error for tire pressure. The front end service receiving people sent be away by saying I need to drive atleast 5mies for the tires to get adjusted and tire pressure will be 100% taken care by their center when people stop by for service. They are wrong and provided me wrong information. They never Che ked my tire pressure because the difference between by tire pressure increased after one Day and alert kept on popping up. If the people whlould have spoke. Truth, i would have stopped by at a gas station and filled in air. Providing wrong information is not a genuine way to treat a customer. More

I signed the contract with this dealer and they didn’t respected, then they offered me a different contract with a discount for all the time that I wasted with them and later they told me . Still Not Fixed Car brought in on 7/16 to address an issue where car would intermittently not start and need a jump. Car remained with service department due to my be Car brought in on 7/16 to address an issue where car would intermittently not start and need a jump. Car remained with service department due to my being immediately told it would not be looked at until "middle of next week" due to a staffing challenge. On 7/22, I was told the issue was due to an alternator recall from July 2017 (that should have been addressed in June of 2018 and will be a different issue I raise with the dealership). On 7/23, I went to retrieve the car and when they attempted to start it, it did not start. Car was left with dealership. Car was not looked at again until the following week but according to service department, issue was no longer occurring. Asked Service Advisor if they were 100% sure the issue wasn't just a bad battery or starter, and I was literally asked if I had any other ideas for them to try. Out of pure frustration I agreed to retrieve the car, which I did on 7/30. On 8/1, I used the car and while it did start, it was clearly laboring to do so. On 8/3 I had to jump it to drive to the office...so the issue is essentially exactly the same, meaning my car was returned to me in the exact same condition in which I had left it 2 weeks prior, except for a radiator flush I was advised I should get. At this point, I will likely get a new battery and begin shopping for a non-Dodge vehicle. Not because I dislike the automobile but because I do not want to deal with this service department any longer. More

I finally left and only came back because the GM called me back. Danny Whang is dishonest and should not be allowed to negotiate with customers. Nick was a nice kid. More
