Unfortunately I have to give a poor review based on numerous factors. The service associate was nice but that was where it ended. It took over 3.5 hours for the service to be completed on my car which numerous factors. The service associate was nice but that was where it ended. Also while I was in the service waiting area, I heard several of the sales associates talking negatively about customers which I feel is very inappropriate. Lastly, no employees were wearing masks which is very concerning to me in order to protect your own employees as well as customers. Very disappointed in the service I have recieved here. More
