My experience at Rick Hendricks was not good at all. I went in for an oil change and left to get a call saying that the mechanic have left something off my car and I was asked to turn back around and come went in for an oil change and left to get a call saying that the mechanic have left something off my car and I was asked to turn back around and come back to the dealership in the process of doing that my engine light or light came on and my Cash car shut off and started smoking I waited an hour photo truck to come from Buford and then it took me two hours to get back to the dealership so I’ve been at the dealership since 745 and got back at the dealership at 11:37 AM to them to tell me how they had a crack in my oil filter gasket that was over that and that’s how my oil leaked out all over my carThe service guy was very rude when I arrived back then the manager didn’t even know that this had happened to my car so he had to go get caught up to speed and find out what happened to my car I was told I will get a Rent-A-Car did not get a Rent-A-Car I was told I will get a warranty for my engine for so many miles still to this day it’s now Friday And I still have not got my warranty More
