I expected at least a quick exterior wash and/or vacuum based on service experience at other dealerships. If I had known nothing like that was going to be done I would have skipped the service package and based on service experience at other dealerships. If I had known nothing like that was going to be done I would have skipped the service package and done oil changes myself. Kind of disappointing. More

The salesman Brandon and manager were great. But when it came to the financing office it went down to a one star. She was not helpful very pushy and wanted to get us out of the office. When I asked question came to the financing office it went down to a one star. She was not helpful very pushy and wanted to get us out of the office. When I asked questions about the car pricing and things she told me that I should have discussed that already would the salesman and that she doesn't do anything but the paper work. When I asked questions regarding the warranty she pushed it off and asked if I wanted it or not. So I did not get the warranty however looking back I definitely would have got the warranty if it was explained correctly to me. Overall the sales team was great but if I do come back I will do all my financing before I come back,and thats if I was to come back. For this I have to give 3 stars. More
