Normally I like the service I receive at this dealership. But the last oil change resulted in a total loss of oil pressure before I got home. Somebody forgot to tighten the new oil filter. This is the worst dealership I have ever been to. Slow... over an hour and a half for an oil change. I will not be back. They refused to fix for free a recurring issue that they had created during a previous over an hour and a half for an oil change. I will not be back. Got a flat tire on 85s and was towed to the dealership. Could not change my tire due to the locking lugs and me missing the key. The service department was very helpful and got right on fixings my tire. Th Could not change my tire due to the locking lugs and me missing the key.
