Service worker joyrided my new scat pack I had a nail in my rear tire of my new 2019 Challenger Scat Pack with 4000 miles and came in to get it patched. The tire was fixed but upon "checking I had a nail in my rear tire of my new 2019 Challenger Scat Pack with 4000 miles and came in to get it patched. The tire was fixed but upon "checking the tire" on a supposed to be "small test run" they were joy riding my car. I received my car with the brakes hot. Very hot. Whoever took my car on the "small test run" decided they had the position to drive MY CAR as if they own it. Under no circumstance should my brakes of been hot. I'm 18 and take pride in the car I purchased...and some idiot thinks they can push my car as if it's theirs. Won't be coming back here. Without Brady S. this dealership would be just like the location at Mall of Georgia. Pitiful More
I bought my Jeep from you guys. I still have guarantee, another 10k miles. Went there to check my main battery. Ariq Williams tried to charge me $330 for one. I told him it was under guarantee, he said gua another 10k miles. Went there to check my main battery. Ariq Williams tried to charge me $330 for one. I told him it was under guarantee, he said guarantee doesn’t cover the main battery. I went to Trincalli in Cumming and guess what?? It is cover. They replaced my battery for free, because it’s under guarantee. I will never recommend Hendrick Chevrolet to any of my friends of family. More
I went in for work before anyone arrived... I came back at 2 pm and my car was parked behind the service center but still “wasn’t ready” I was told I’d be given a rental car.. it was a nice gesture because at 2 pm and my car was parked behind the service center but still “wasn’t ready” I was told I’d be given a rental car.. it was a nice gesture because I had a dental appointment and other things to do.. I was charged for the rental when it should have been two days free because they had my car for two days.. $411 for service plus another $70 for a rental.. I don’t think I’ll can me back to this location very unprofessional and unorganized. My rep tried to help. I think she was just overwhelmed. More

I recommend you to find another dealer to perform services on you vehicle. My car stopped running due to an recall. We all know that any basic oil change location and we’re able to see who’s doing the work and what they are doing. So I wouldn’t even give this dealership a tenth of a star. More

Service Center doesn't follow up Five weeks ago, I booked an appointment online for a week in advance stating that I was bringing my vehicle in for a recall (recall number provided), Five weeks ago, I booked an appointment online for a week in advance stating that I was bringing my vehicle in for a recall (recall number provided), oil change, tire rotation, and a brake fluid flush. The appointment date was 5/23/2020. When I got to the appointment, I was told the parts for the recall needed to be ordered. Not sure why that wasn't reviewed beforehand. I told them that was fine and I could bring the vehicle back. During the repair, it was noticed that the brake caliper was rusted and would need to be replaced. This also needed to be ordered. I was told that I would receive a call back in a week when the parts came in for both the recall and the brakes. I have yet to receive a call back. More
