I had a pleasant buying experience. Thank you Rick Hendrick!! Brady and Danny were awesome. After a long fought out run visiting many dealerships and trying to find my dream Jeeps. Initially, I had a great experience until two weeks after I returned to get a free tank of gas given to me at purchase. When I returned to get my free tank of gas I was held at the dealership and they refuse I returned to get a free tank of gas given to me at purchase. When I returned to get my free tank of gas I was held at the dealership and they refused to give me my keys back. I missed an important doctor’s appointment and they would not provide me transportation to my appointment nor would they let me drive my Jeep. After waiting two hours and missing my appointment they finally told me that the Jeep I had been driving around for two weeks was not mine because the deal with the bank they had made was rejected. Danny promised me a deal that the bank never agreed up. After another 5 hours of waiting without food or water offered, the finance manager got a deal with other bank that was $80/monthly which is out of my original budget. They offered to pay the first month payment. I was not able to get the extended warranty as with my first deal or that would have been a total of $175 more a month. This is the worst experience I have ever had at a dealership. They will not earn my business again. Be careful and beware using this dealership. More

I was not satisfied with your service department and do not plan on returning to this location for service or the purchase of a new vehicle. It saddens me because Sharon sold me my 2016 Ram 1500 and I want not plan on returning to this location for service or the purchase of a new vehicle. It saddens me because Sharon sold me my 2016 Ram 1500 and I wanted to purchase my daughter's vehicle from her.
