I was not satisfied with your service department and do not plan on returning to this location for service or the purchase of a new vehicle. It saddens me because Sharon sold me my 2016 Ram 1500 and I want not plan on returning to this location for service or the purchase of a new vehicle. It saddens me because Sharon sold me my 2016 Ram 1500 and I wanted to purchase my daughter's vehicle from her. Worst experience as a first time car buyer. Wish I went to Akins, or any other dealership. Honestly disappointed and dissatisfied.
