I brought my 2016 Jeep Wrangler in for repeat warranty transmission service. The issue is the jeep jumps out of 4th gear. I demonstrated this issue to the service department. They agreed that the jeep transmission service. The issue is the jeep jumps out of 4th gear. I demonstrated this issue to the service department. They agreed that the jeep did indeed jump out of 4th gear but said there is no known repair and I'd have to live with it. Not what I expected after paying over $45k for a jeep. I plan on taking all my car buying and service work to another dealership. I'd be glad to discuss this with Rick Hendrick management if they are at all interested in maintaining customer satisfaction. In the meantime I'm scheduling another Jeep dealership to address the transmission issue. More

Overcharge They tried to overcharge me when I visited. I had an issue about electrical issue and tried to find out what was wrong. I left my car that place afte They tried to overcharge me when I visited. I had an issue about electrical issue and tried to find out what was wrong. I left my car that place after I talked about my concern. After 4 days later (including non business day), they sent email about asking confirmation to accept or not their recommended repair. It showed about $3300 + something. And I denied because that was not my concern. However, they diagnosed what I never asked and billed me diagnose charge $400 + something. Oil leaking and replace, Number 3 fire not working and recommended to change 1) Spark plug,2) Ignition Coil , 3) Spark Plug Wire Set etc. I got those papers on hand. Good thing was they did not ask to change whole engine. So bad business they are doing. She never told me about diagnose while I was checking in or never called me during I was waiting. And there was an argument upon checking out. And I asked to call manger on duty and he changed the bill to $150 +something. And I paid and left their property. I will never stop by over there again. I attempted to give an opportunity to let her show me a honest reaction but kept lying me. I am so frustrated. More
