Overcharge They tried to overcharge me when I visited. I had an issue about electrical issue and tried to find out what was wrong. I left my car that place after I talked about my concern. After 4 days later (including non business day), they sent email about asking confirmation to accept or not their recommended repair. It showed about $3300 + something. And I denied because that was not my concern. However, they diagnosed what I never asked and billed me diagnose charge $400 + something. Oil leaking and replace, Number 3 fire not working and recommended to change 1) Spark plug,2) Ignition Coil , 3) Spark Plug Wire Set etc. I got those papers on hand. Good thing was they did not ask to change whole engine. So bad business they are doing. She never told me about diagnose while I was checking in or never called me during I was waiting. And there was an argument upon checking out. And I asked to call manger on duty and he changed the bill to $150 +something. And I paid and left their property. I will never stop by over there again. I attempted to give an opportunity to let her show me a honest reaction but kept lying me. I am so frustrated. More

Not satisfied at all. I drove almost 700 miles to get what I thought was a great deal on a nice Ram. I was told the deal would include a ten year 100,000 mile warranty. When I got there the warranty was what I thought was a great deal on a nice Ram. I was told the deal would include a ten year 100,000 mile warranty. When I got there the warranty was not included. I had to pay for the warranty. The truck got damaged on your lot. The repairs couldn't be completed before I had to leave. I told Danny Wilson that I would get estimates to complete the repairs. I'm still waiting for a check to get the repairs completed. All in all I ended up paying thousands of dollars more than I had planned for a truck that's still damaged. I feel very much taken advantage of, particularly concerning the warranty. I was told that I couldn't get the warranty that I requested at all and I was offered a warranty through Hendricks that I still haven't received any verification, or paperwork on. Could not be less satisfied. More
