Not satisfied at all. I drove almost 700 miles to get what I thought was a great deal on a nice Ram. I was told the deal would include a ten year 100,000 mile warranty. When I got there the warranty was what I thought was a great deal on a nice Ram. I was told the deal would include a ten year 100,000 mile warranty. When I got there the warranty was not included. I had to pay for the warranty. The truck got damaged on your lot. The repairs couldn't be completed before I had to leave. I told Danny Wilson that I would get estimates to complete the repairs. I'm still waiting for a check to get the repairs completed. All in all I ended up paying thousands of dollars more than I had planned for a truck that's still damaged. I feel very much taken advantage of, particularly concerning the warranty. I was told that I couldn't get the warranty that I requested at all and I was offered a warranty through Hendricks that I still haven't received any verification, or paperwork on. Could not be less satisfied. More

It was the worst experience I ever had in purchasing a vehicle they got all the numbers wrong with the negotiating table when I got to the finance portion of the deal they had the wrong payoff for my curr vehicle they got all the numbers wrong with the negotiating table when I got to the finance portion of the deal they had the wrong payoff for my current vehicle and the wrong down payment expectation and try to pass the blame on to me when I clearly gave them all the proper information I have reached out to the general manager and manager with no response I was promised 90 daysAnd they took that away once I was home it was literally the worst experience I ever had and the worst customer service from the sales person to the finance person all the way down to the floor up to the general manager. There are not enough words to put the experience that I went through just to buy a car none of this was my only doing it is obvious to me there is a horrible culture that is being cultivated within that business if the problems that I started from the first person that I dealt with to the last person I am still waiting for someone from upper management to reach out to me this has yet to happenMy last email was sent on June 17 still no response. More
