Lance did what i would describe as an excellent and friendly seevice. I had a wiper on the driver side that needed to replace. Therefore, I had both replaced. When I looked at the invoice I was surpri friendly seevice. I had a wiper on the driver side that needed to replace. Therefore, I had both replaced. When I looked at the invoice I was surprised by the charge for installing the wipers! I have never been charged for that service anywhere before! Lance obviously does not set the pricing! But I wish i was made aware of the install charge! I did get a military discount when I asked for it. I would not have asked for installing the wipers. I would have paid for the wipers and asked a neighbor to assist if needed! More
