Service was performed as asked. Only issue was that when they rotated the tires they didn’t adjust the tire pressure properly. The front pressure is 20lbs different from the back. It caused the low pressure they rotated the tires they didn’t adjust the tire pressure properly. The front pressure is 20lbs different from the back. Lance did what i would describe as an excellent and friendly seevice. I had a wiper on the driver side that needed to replace. Therefore, I had both replaced. When I looked at the invoice I was surpri friendly seevice. I had a wiper on the driver side that needed to replace. Therefore, I had both replaced. When I looked at the invoice I was surprised by the charge for installing the wipers! I have never been charged for that service anywhere before! Lance obviously does not set the pricing! But I wish i was made aware of the install charge! I did get a military discount when I asked for it. I would not have asked for installing the wipers. I would have paid for the wipers and asked a neighbor to assist if needed! More
