Lance did what i would describe as an excellent and friendly seevice. I had a wiper on the driver side that needed to replace. Therefore, I had both replaced. When I looked at the invoice I was surprised by the charge for installing the wipers! I have never been charged for that service anywhere before! Lance obviously does not set the pricing! But I wish i was made aware of the install charge! I did get a military discount when I asked for it. I would not have asked for installing the wipers. I would have paid for the wipers and asked a neighbor to assist if needed! More

Great Service - Above and Beyond Lance did an excellent job from start to finish. Prior to leaving my vehicle for service he explained the process to determine what the issue was that Lance did an excellent job from start to finish. Prior to leaving my vehicle for service he explained the process to determine what the issue was that needed to be resolved. This was my 3rd time bringing my vehicle to a service center and the 1st time bringing it to Rick Hendrick. I was having an issue with a noise near the front of my car at high speed. He immediately asked me to drive the vehicle with a service tech to help them identify exactly what I was hearing. They identified the problem and had it fixed fairly quickly. In addition, they discovered additional maintenance needed on the vehicle that needed repair (power steering) was covered under an existing warranty. Lance kept me up-to-date throughout the process and was extremely courteous and polite. More
