Sales people are extremely frustrating to deal with and management isn't helpful. Salesmen are helpful before they earned your business and ignore you indefinitely afterwards. By all means, avoid dealing with these sales people Donnie Wilson and Melvin Sanchez. I recently bought a pre-owned car in October 2019 and it came with a wrap and it was agreed to be removed after the purchase. It took several email reminders and multiple visits over weeks to both salesmen to get them to assist with what was promised in the written contract. Because of my residence being close the dealership, I was able to drop by several times and was able to get things done. Even this took a long wait before sale people seemingly assisted with more empty promises. If you live far or in another state where you can't drop by a couple of times a week to badger, I don't know how anything can get done. These men won't return calls or reply emails. They'll come up with all kinds of reasons such as their phones weren't working or they were too busy to call back. My car also needed a spare key and the salesmen promised they would try to reach out to the old buyer or have it made. This also didn't happen until I went and talked to their boss and service department directly who were able to help. I can't imagine how this dealership functions with nothing getting done for customers. When I talked to a used car sales manager, he said my car's old owner recently dropped off the spare key, but he wasn't able to locate it (it seemed to have gotten lost in his department). After a long wait, he handed me a key which turned out to be a wrong one. At that point I requested to talk to the manger of the dealership Steve Ostrovich and he refused to come out from 'the tower' where he sits (which is next to customer area behind glass doors). He saw me waiting right outside his office for a good amount of time, but refused to assist. He wasn't on a call or talking with a customer. He glanced at me and had someone else come to assist where I requested to talk to speak with him directly. The broken system in this dealership is hard to ignore except service. Service Manager Darrell Wilson took time to hear out my frustrations and was able to get the car scheduled for unwrapping and made the spare key. I had to jump hoops for weeks to get to the right person. Why couldn't the salesmen say I could speak to the service department directly in the first place? They were trying to get out of what was in the contract or just flat out lazy. This awful place doesn't deserve your time or your business. If they treated some who bought over $30K car like dirt, one can only wonder how they treat any potential customers. They'll also try to sell subscription services like Kahu which locates your vehicle if it was stolen. They'd say Kahu comes with all cars, but failed to mention there will be monthly fees. I wanted to write a review for them and called twice to the dealership a few months after the purchase. Whoever answered the call said they'll send me a link, but nothing came through for weeks. And, forget about expecting anyone from this dealership to call and check on you to see how you're enjoying the car, because they won't. When I bought a car from Curry Honda, the salesman called periodically to make sure everything is going well and asked if I needed anything. This is a standard practice at most dealerships that want to ensure customers are happy with their purchase. Save yourselves the troubles and do not give your business to this god awful place. More

They were very helpful and did a great job with getting me a car the only problem I had is what they were going to charge me for a break light and head light replacement 140 dollars!
