I Have nothing but praise for Aleshia. She was amazing and incredibly helpful. However these reviews are absurd. Customers do not want to do this. That is the local managers job and should be easy to tell who is taking good care of their customers by simply observing interactions randomly. You should trust your workers and local managers to make these determinations. Someone’s pay should never be based off of customer reviews as I highly suspect this review is. It’s a huge annoyance to your customers and It’s condescending to your employees. Please send me a form to review the performance of whoever decided to implement this degrading system. I will gladly give them the lowest rating possible and their pay should be adjusted accordingly. Put your money where your mouth is. No reason you shouldn’t be subject to the same treatment. I will try to avoid all dealerships that have this implemented and make no mistake—it has nothing to do with the AMAZING service that I received.
