Have no issues with Brady from sales but unfortunately can’t state same for the finance manager side Multiple issues on correcting / finalizing my lease. ( your issues not mine ) This ultimately result can’t state same for the finance manager side Multiple issues on correcting / finalizing my lease. ( your issues not mine ) This ultimately resulted in me getting a longer term lease (39 instead of 36)/ revised residual amt/ and a higher payment until I agree to remove the blind spot add on. A lot of unfinished business with my car. I went to purchase my permanent tags from the tag office and found out that my emissions was never completed. Also I purchased a security system for my car and purchase my permanent tags from the tag office and found out that my emissions was never completed. Also I purchased a security system for my car and found out that is was never installed. I had to track down the salesperson and manager to request my money back. The bad thing about this is that if I never went back to the dealership to inquire about a piece of equipment that was hanging from my vehicle, I never would have known and therefore would have gotten cheated out of 1k. I did not like the lack of good customer service. Everything seems to be done for the convenience of the dealership. Once your purchase over, consider yourself trash. They didn't give a xxxx. Vehicle was also given to me with an empty tank. Last time I checked, dealerships do a courtesy wash and fill up the tank before delivering the car. Terrible experience. Will never go back. More
