Thank you for a great experience. We had used a different Jeep dealer in the past but started to feel uncomfortable with them. We were treated so well and enjoyed the whole experience here. I came to this place thinking I would leave a happy customer since they have so many good reviews however, my experience was a complete disaster. I spent Saturday evening, all day Sunday and 4 hours Mo customer since they have so many good reviews however, my experience was a complete disaster. I spent Saturday evening, all day Sunday and 4 hours Monday dealing with this nonsense. After they collected 2k from me it was like they didn't care to fulfill what was promised. I was verbally degraded by Veronica Love in the financial department due to an error she made. She was very hostile when dealing with me and I would never want anyone else to feel the way I did this weekend. I felt as if she was going to attack me at one point as she towered over me waiving her hands in my face as she spoke to me. I literally had to stand up and walk over to Steve and advise him I didn't feel comfortable talking to her because I felt like she was going to launch at me. There are a few kind people who work there such as Jeff in sales and Steve the sales manager however, everyone else could really use a course in customer service. After my experience I have since reached out via email to the general manager Todd Reed and I am currently awaiting his response. I am also considering contacting corporate for assistance if Todd is not able to help me as well as BBB and FTC. I will update this post once I hear from Todd or if I have to contact corporate. PLEASE ANYONE READING THIS AND CONSIDERING PURCHASING A VEHICLE HERE BE VERY CAUTIOUS BECAUSE IT SEEMS THAT NO ONE HEAR KEEPS THEIR WORD. THEY PROMISE ONE THING AND NEVER DELIVER! More

Ben P. was great! Next time I buy a car I will purchase from him. Mark in finance was great as well. The four star is due to the issue at the beginning of my visit. After speaking with Kandi and discussing the horrible experience Ve at the other CJDR, I came here and some of the same. The vehicle I requested online had been loaned out even though I was on my way to pick up the vehicle after getting my own financing and submitting everything g before getting there as this was a graduation gift for my daughter. I did all the paperwork and saw the car last after everything g was signed and done only to realize it’s not the same Jeep I saw online and requested. I was somewhat irritated and disappointed but did not want to start the process all over against I had did my research and wanted certain features (like parking sensors) since it’s my daughter’s first car but ended up with the basic trim package. I really enjoyed working with Ben and Mark was pretty thorough and engaging as well. More
