The customer service was great far as communication and keeping me updated with my vehicle. But the service that was done on my vehicle was VERY POOR. Before I was told to bring my vehicle in,there were a keeping me updated with my vehicle. But the service that was done on my vehicle was VERY POOR. Before I was told to bring my vehicle in,there were a number of sensors that went bad on it because I checked it myself. Brought my vehicle in,keeping in mind that there's a pandemic going on. After about a 3 weeks of using Lyft,the vehicle was so called ready. Picked it up,and it cut off before I could even leave the lot. Checked it back in for another week. Now the mileage and front digital dash didn't work. I'm was so disappointed because I paid 3k for a very poor service. But the customer service does get one star from me because they do show that they care,and they really did. Mr. Matt was is a very Good guy and you guys should be honored to have him as apart of Rick Hendricks. But to make a long story short. I had to find a side tree mechanic to fix the problem... Far as my vehicles digital dash and mileage, it still doesn't work. No mileage,no check eng light,ECT.... More

I brought my Ram 1500 in for an oil change. A service rep greeted me as soon as I parked, and tagged the truck for service. I enrolled in the text message notifications for when the truck is done (which is g greeted me as soon as I parked, and tagged the truck for service.
