Mr. Coggins was great. The service manager needs training. I left my truck at this dealership 3 times. 1st and third visit my truck sat in a parking spot all day, 2nd visit they took care of a reca training. I left my truck at this dealership 3 times. 1st and third visit my truck sat in a parking spot all day, 2nd visit they took care of a recall, not the manifold bolts after all of my visits to get a few manafold bolts removed/replaced the service manager had the nerve to tell me that I should rent a truck while mine waits to be serviced, possibly 3 days. I brought my truck to a different dodge dealership that fixed it in less than 8 hours. The location in duluth has lost me as a customer. More

Prices are very high, $155 just to look at the car is ridiculous especially when you get your car serviced. That cost should go towards repairs you actually have done. The service was great. My only issue is i bought a 2019 ram 3500. They did not give me a spare key. This is at least the 5th time im asking about. I bought my truck from this dealership and have been to this dealership 3 times for services work. I have been severely disappointed all 3 times I have taken it in for service. The first I made an appointment for only an oil change. I was the first customer there in the morning and it took 2 1/2 hours which made me late for work. Another time I took it in for a recall, I was told it would take about an hour. After 2 hours I told them I had to go to work and had a coworker pick me up. They said they would call when my vehicle was ready. I didn’t hear from them all day so I called about 4:30 and was informed that it would be the next before my vehicle would be ready. I asked about getting a temporary car since this was taking far longer than expected but their representative informed me that the person that handles that department had already gone home and I would need to make other arrangements. So I was stuck at working and could not afford an Uber for the hour trip home from work. Thankfully a coworker lived nearby and allowed me to stay with them for the night. When I picked my vehicle up all they said was sorry for the inconvenience. I wasn’t offered any sort of compensation for the inconvenience not even an oil change. Two weeks ago I got a call that my vehicle needed work for another recall. I am typically a forgiving person and I decided to give them another chance. However this trip was also disappointing I was told once again the recall would take about an hour. 2 1/2 hours later I was finally able to leave. I have never had service department with such bad service. My car buying experience was great but the service afterward was horrible. I will be taking my vehicle elsewhere for any kind maintenance.
