We were impressed by the attentiveness while at the dealership but on the following day when we were trying to finalize everything we were constantly put on hold and did not get returned calls. We understand they are busy with customers in front of them but we are out of state customers and can’t just go to the dealership.This prolonged over a 3 day period what could’ve been done in 1.Finally the stars aligned and we were able to speak someone who made us feel like they had time to work on our deal and give us info we needed in order to finalize our purchase, Lynda. She was responsive, attentive and got the information to our lender which led to Steve’s follow up call where he listened to my frustrations, gave me a solution to the problem and we were able to get the car delivered to the same day by Dmitri, who showed care and skill. We would definitely buy from them again because things don’t alway go perfectly in sales but how you recover really defines your business. So this review does have a happy ending. Thanks to the people who made us feel like we mattered though we were many miles away. More
