During negotiations I was told Chrysler Capital had competitive rates by both Sales Managers. Well seems like that was not the case. I was given a 4.9 rate while my bank offered 2.19. I know the dealership has a lower buy rate and chose not to be competitive. I have. Allen my banker and will refinance in the next few days. Too bad they did not want to compete for my business. More
