Service department needs improvement I drive a Jeep Wrangler JL and have been taking it to Duluth Hendrick Dealership for my scheduled maintenance. Couple of weeks ago, I took it due to a I drive a Jeep Wrangler JL and have been taking it to Duluth Hendrick Dealership for my scheduled maintenance. Couple of weeks ago, I took it due to a factory recall issue (death wobble). After the factory recall repair was performed, I realized that the steering is loose and misaligned. I went back and asked them to tighten the suspension and perform an alignment since the issue occurred right after the repair. They agreed to address this issue so I left my car there. After keeping my car for 2 days, I got a call saying they didn't find anything wrong with the car and will not perform the requested services unless I pay out of pocket. In addition, the mechanic managed to drive my car for about 50 miles and returned the car to me with an empty tank. I don't think driving 50 miles until the gas tank is empty is justifiable especially when you return it back without even attempting to perform any of the requested repairs. I no longer trust this dealership to perform any work on my car. I sincerely hope that the management sees such comments and take action towards improving the customer service experience and offer excellent quality of work. More
