A bittersweet visit - the service was excellent, no issues. Sadly it was also when I was informed my regular service advisor (Heather Goggan) was transferring and I just happened to make an appointment issues. She literally saved me as a customer, as I had resigned myself to instead using the dealership where the car was purchased for subsequent maintenance visits. Someone should consider her for whatever title/role is in place that allows for her to manage/teach/mentor other Service Advisors. I will remain cautiously optimistic as it pertains to my next maintenance visit. More
