Overcharge for oil change. Billed for 6 quarts instead of 4.5 based on specifications for Jeep Patriot 2.4 L engine. The service advisor Jeff Greer was nice with customer and when I asked him why the oil cha 4.5 based on specifications for Jeep Patriot 2.4 L engine. The service advisor Jeff Greer was nice with customer and when I asked him why the oil change was pricy even with a coupon, I was advised that it was for an extra 2 quarts as the coupon was up to 4 quarts. Provided total discount $17.25 was even less than cost of 4 quarts of oil (4x5.44=$21.76 based on detailed bill). Not sure if I’ll be coming again to this place as I feel there is unfairness in billing or overcharging customers. Thanks. More
