I was annoyed i had to wait over 2 and a half hours for an oil change and for someone to check my headlight. My headlight has moisture in it from when another dealership changed my bulb. Absolutely the worst experience I’ve ever had buying a car. I’ve bought 8 plus cars in the past 2 years from Rick Hendrick. And this will be the very last time. Had oil change they didnt reset counter or checked air pressure very disappointed had dripped oil on car had to have them spray off. I wont go back I had appointment and because they couldnt get to it right away I had to get rental for the day good thing I had service contract because they would have charged me $35 a day for rental.
