I enjoyed how professional and helpful my salesman Will was. He asked lots of investigate questions to understand what I was looking for. I have been concerned with a few other interactions, 1 the finan was. He asked lots of investigate questions to understand what I was looking for. I have been concerned with a few other interactions, 1 the finance person came out to tell me my payment would be almost 200 more than we had planned. I do have some challenges in my credit and was upfront about this from the beginning, when in said I would have to go she said, I can go back and try some more. My question is if you haven't done all you can and you 200$ away why are you talking to me? Then I was forced to pay for a 1000$ security system that I have no evidence of or paperwork on. I was told this was already installed and I would recieve an email in a couple of days. I have not. I returned to the store after I realized I had left my garage door opener in my trade in and I also had not recieved the paper work. I called in advance to request these be ready when I arrived. I was given the run around for more than an hour after arrived. When I finally got angry the manger came out to see me instead of sending the sales man back and forth. I had expected when I called in advance that these would be ready upon my arrival as I live almost 1 15 min hour away in Kennesaw. I had also asked for the 2nd key and was told the used car manger was not there so no one could get a key. When I asked for my paper work I was told the finance manager was not there so they could not get my paper work. This was a sunday, during business operations. Their excuse seemed to be just that. The treatment after the sale has been lacking in any customer satisfaction. More

I was told it might take 2 houses because bought 4 new tires and got rotation. Instead it took 3:20 houses. When I was waiting after almost 2 houses, a man can in and said next to me. I don’t my Service Manager’s name but he did say he was sorry. The 1:20 hours late causes me a problem in caring for my 93 year old mother. More
