I went I for a tire rotation and oil change and so my jeeps fluids could be checked and filled. Well tires weren’t rotated. So the mechanic/sales Rep had to refund the fee for the rotation. Well while I was detailing my vehicle for my trip on Tuesday I noticed there was no window washer fluid.. did these mechanics actually complete their job or just check on the list. Very disappointed. DID THEY CHECK THE OTHER THINGS ON THE LIST?. The whole reason for me going in was to get vehicle ready for my trip. I like the Rick Hendricks dealership for two reason. I had the best experience, that i have ever had in my 30 years of car ownership. Alisha was very nice, she listened to what i said. They don’t make it all about the money, they make it about customer satisfaction. Although there were some bumps in the road this location made sure I was satisfied from the beginning to end! AND IM VERY PICKY! If you want a car ask for BRADY! He really enjoys his job and is a hard worker. McDaniel and Mark in finance were also helpful during this process. Mark really took his time explaining everything in the contract to me before selling the vehicle. You can tell he has a good heart as well.
